But with this one we also have to focus on diet & also don't forget to take multi vitamin. 1 cup of oil mustard 1/2 cup coconut oil  1/2 cup olive oil  1/2 cup black seed oil  1 small onion In a pan put everything & cook them until onion turns brown then let it cool down & store in jar before taking bath apply oil on scalp ^& leave for at least an hour then wash with regular shampoo.
